So nice to have such a great experience with a company these days. I needed an inspection ASAP, due to fact my HO company did not send out my renewal until ten days before new payment due...Tony made time to come out that day, and did NOT do a rush job even though it was end of day....he looked at everything, asked me questions and took a ton of pictures. Both myself and my potential new insurance company had the full reports by the next day....I could not have been happier with their service....definitely recommend!!!

Bahram was extremely professional and thorough. He meticulously inspected every detail, going above and beyond. I couldn't be happier and HIGHLY recommend him for your peace of mind when buying a house.

Tony and his helper are both so thorough. This is my second time using the company. They checked things that I would never think. I feel so comfortable with my purchase. Thank you both. Highly recommended.
